A quick curry of chicken or vegetables makes you so happy and you can also add the leftovers. Together with a nan or wrap, everyone at our house is very happy!
Plan
- 2 tablespoon curry rub (tbsp) = 20 g
- 400 g (vegetarian) chicken, meat, fish, vegetables, shrimp.
- bsp oil 150 g tomato or 200 ml coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prep
- Cut the chicken fillet or veggie chicken into pieces
- Cut the onion and tomato into medium-fine pieces
Pleasure
- Heat oil in the pan with onion and 2 tbsp curry rub
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes and add the chicken fillet or chicken substitute.
- Stir-fry for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the tomato cubes and close the pan.
